1. Session Usage
A default session is 15 minutes long. You may use multiple sessions within your plan’s daily and monthly usage limits. Session time is measured by clock time from the moment a session starts until it is stopped. Idle time within an active session is counted toward your usage. If you are interrupted or need to step away temporarily, please press the Stop button to end the session and avoid unnecessary usage.
2. Usage Limits
To maintain service stability and prevent automated abuse, usage is subject to the following “Fair Use” caps:

We reserve the right to adjust these limits to maintain optimal service performance for all users. These limits enable us to sustain cost efficiency while delivering high-fidelity, human-like voice interactions.
Unused minutes do not carry over to the following month.
3. Billing & Pricing
Prices displayed on our pricing page are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes will be calculated based on your location and added to the total amount at checkout.
Your subscription is billed monthly starting from the date you subscribe. Each renewal occurs on the same date each month. For example, if you subscribe on March 22, your next billing date will be April 22. For subscriptions starting on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, billing in shorter months will occur on the last day of that month.
All payments are processed in EUR. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Users)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the service, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Usage & Subscription Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the application. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
