  3. Payments: Payments for services are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect card information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service (available at https://stripe.com/legal) and our Payment Terms (below).
  4. Payment Terms:
    • All payments are in USD or EUR, unless otherwise stated.
    • Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be determined based on your location, validated using your IP address, and displayed at checkout.
    • Billing and Payment: Payment for services shall be made on a monthly basis, in accordance with the billing cycle date. The initial charge will be prorated based on the service commencement date.
    • Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, billing will cease as of the next billing cycle date following notice of cancellation. Access to services shall remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service does not meet reasonable expectations (e.g., technical issues with AI functionality).

4. Intellectual Property

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except where law prohibits.
